A: Our standard turnaround time from pick-up is 48 hours. However, you may opt for our express service, which offers a 24-hour turnaround with an additional express service charges.

Q: Do I need to sort my clothes by color & type?

A: Not at all! Our laundry experts will sort the clothes by colour, material, and appropriate cleaning methods.

A: Yes, you can schedule pickup and delivery at different locations as per your convenience.

Q: Can I reschdule a collection and delivery?

A: Yes, you may reschedule a collection before your order has been assigned to a delivery person. .

Q: What do I do if I missed a scheduled collection or delivery?

A: Upon collection, you will receive a cancellation notification for your order, allowing you to reschedule new order as per your convenience. For delivery, a cancellation notification will be sent, followed by a call from our customer service team to confirm a new delivery time that suits you.

Q: Can I add extra items to my order when you collection?

A: Yes, our delivery guy can add or subtract items of your order at the time of collection. Your order will be considered final once saved by the rider at your request.

A: Currently, we are operating in DHA, Clifton and Bathisland.

A:All you need is to download the app from Google play store or Apple store and sign up using your valid phone number verfied by an OTP.

A: We do not outsource the cleaning of your clothes. All garments are processed at our state-of-the-art facility, Jabchaho, which is fully owned and operated by us.

Q: Do you wash hygenic & unhygenic clothes together?

No, we strictly ensure washing of hygenic and unhygenic clothes seprately.

Q: How do I know if you can clean a specific type of clothing?

Our delivery guy will advise you if any items are unsuitable for processing at our facility. Furthermore, our in-house experts carefully examine each garment, and if they identify any material that cannot be processed, our customer service agents will promptly notify you and ensure the safe return of your garments.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?

A: Yes, you will need to create a cart with a minimum value of PKR 1,000 to avoid delivery charges.

Q: What happens to my credit or debit card info?

A:Jabchaho servers do not store your card details. Payments are processed through the checkout system. All information is encrypted using SSL, in accordance with industry standards.

Q: How will I know how much my bill is?

A: An itemised receipt will be available in your order history on our website and app. Additionally, our delivery person will provide a receipt to you at the time of collecting your laundry.

Q: How do I pay?

A: While placing an order, you have a range of payment options available, including Cash on delivery, Debit or Credit card, Bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and U-Paisa.

Q: What if an item goes missing?

A: We will require 5-7 working days to conduct an internal investigation to determine how this occurred. If we are unable to identify the whereabouts of the missing item, we will reimburse you in accordance with our company's terms and conditions.
